Together, they plan the murder of her dangerous and powerful husband but Sarah herself could not have foreseen the consequences of this decision. Victor sees the fear and doubt in Sarah's behavior, and he feels the outcome. Despite her husband's threats, he makes a choice based on the impulse of his feelings.
